64th Annual – Mesick Women's Club 

Hobby & Craft Show 

Saturday May 13, 2023 

Always Mother's Day Weekend 

Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Mesick Middle School Corner of Clark St & M - 115 

We invite you to join us in the displaying, demonstrating and selling of your homemade hobbies and crafts at our 64th Annual Hobby and Craft Show, sponsored by the Mesick Women's Club. 

A $35.00 registration fee is payable when you send in your registration. NO MONEY will be taken the day of the show, you must send in your payment with your application. 

INSIDE SPACES        Are approximately 9 x 10

OUTSIDE SPACES  Are approximately 12 x 12 

Set up times Inside/outside 7:00 a.m. on the day of the show. 


A lunch counter, located in the hallway of the school, will be provided by the Women’s Club.  Coffee and baked goods will be available for purchase beginning at 8:30am.
       

INSIDE EXHIBITORS ONLY:  Some electricity is available for a fee of $2.00.  Please specify on your application if you need electricity.  You MUST bring your own electrical cords.  You will need to have your own table and chairs also.
 
INSIDE & OUTSIDE SPACES:  Are on a first application, first reserved space basis.  The earlier you send in your application the better chance you have of getting the space you want.  If you reserved a space and are unable to make the show, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we have many on a waiting list to fill your space. As long as we know in time to be able to fill the space, we will refund your money back.
    **NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING**

Please make checks/money orders payable to MESICK WOMEN'S CLUB P.O. Box 564 Mesick, Michigan 49668. Send a large self-addressed & stamped envelope for your confirmation letter. Confirmation letters will be sent out approximately one (1) week prior to the show. 

I have read the above rules and regulations and agree to abide by them and I further agree to hold the members, agents and officers of the Mesick Women's Club and the Mesick Consolidated Schools free of all liabilities.
