\Vendors may set up
on Thursday
**You MUST check in upon arrival Before
setting up and everything must fit within your lot boundaries
(25 x 35) There will be a holding area
for extra vehicles.
**The 2013 Flea Market Contract will be
given to vendors when checking in. Vendors may sign up & pay for 2013
lots at this time. The lots will be sold on a FIRST COME basis after 2PM
Sunday, the last day of the Flea Market** |
PLEASE READ the following rules
and take note of the ones pertaining to you & your lot
| 1. |
The Mesick Lions Mushroom
Festival Committee Reserves the right to PROHIBIT the Sale of certain items.
NO SALES OF OBSCENE pictures, words on shirts, hats, etc. The selling of
Switchblade Knives and Drug paraphernalia is PROHIBITED, and will not be
tolerated. |

Vendors are required to
open at 9:00a.m. and remain open until 6:00p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Sunday- 9:00a.m. until 3:00p.m. Vendors who DO NOT open daily, WILL NOT
be given a contract for the following year. |
| 3. |
NO food or beverage may
be sold without the approval of the Festival Committee. |
| 4. |
We DO NOT allow roving vendors.
All sales must be made from your registered lot. |
| 5. |
ALL vendor PETS will be
kept on a leash at all times. It IS your responsibility for cleaning up
after your animal. |
| 6. |
If you are selling guns,
knives, crossbows, fireworks, or cigarettes, you must have a sign that
reads: "YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE AND HAVE PROPER ID, to purchase These
Items." These signs must be posted near the front of your set up and plainly
visible. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| 7. |
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE
NOT ALLOWED ON FLEA MARKET GROUNDS. |
| 8. |
There is a generator curfew
from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. This allows time for recharging batteries
for domestic use. No LOUD generators please. Check with the office about
special needs in this area. |
| 9. |
TRASH IS ALWAYS A BIG PROBLEM.
You will be given a trash bag at the office when you check in. We ask that
you please take your garbage to the BIG dumpster. Please break down your
empty boxes before putting them in the dumpster. |
| 10. |
DOGS BROUGHT IN BY CONSUMERS
ARE NOT ALLOWED! Please Make complaints to the MUSHROOM OFFICE IMMEDIATELY,
so it can be taken care of in a timely manner. THANK YOU! |
| 11. |
Refunds will not be
given for no shows. |
THANK YOU for complying with the

big or small, happening in our
Flea Market so we can attend to them right away.
